Texas is scheduled to hold a runoff election on this day for some districts of the U.S. House of Representatives and also one of the two U.S. Senate positions. The runoff is connected to a primary election held on 3 March 2026, which is guided in part from a redistricting plan enacted by Texas in August of 2025. Winners of the runoff will compete in the U.S. general election on 3 November 2026.
