The US Supreme Court is scheduled to hear oral arguments on TikTok v. Garland, a free speech case brought by TikTok against the US government opposing a US law against a law requiring foreign government divestiture of social media applications based on certain criteria. The law is scheduled to go into effect on January 19th.
